While many of our team members are cat enthusiasts, it's not a requirement! We value diverse perspectives and experiences. What's most important is your skills, passion for your work, and alignment with our company values. That said, an appreciation for our mission of enhancing the lives of cats and their owners is certainly helpful.

Our hiring process typically takes 3-4 weeks from application to offer, though this can vary depending on the position and volume of applications. We strive to be respectful of your time and communicate clearly throughout the process. After submitting your application, you can expect to hear from us within 1-2 weeks if we'd like to move forward with an interview.

For certain positions, particularly senior and specialized roles, we do offer relocation assistance. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed during the interview process if applicable. We also have many remote opportunities available for candidates who prefer not to relocate.
