For returns due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, Globlazer will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return shipping label.
Generally, assembled products cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you've assembled your cat tree and discovered a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. After processing, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement, 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds, and store credit refunds are applied immediately to your account.

Yes, we offer exchanges for different models. When initiating your return, select "Exchange" instead of "Return" and specify the replacement item you'd like to receive. If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
