Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Globlazer, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

All eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

For custom-designed cat trees, please refer to our Custom Products Return Policy as different terms may apply.

Return Eligibility Criteria

30-Day Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this timeframe.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Free from pet hair, scratches, or other signs of use
  • Free from odors or other contaminants
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and components

Original Packaging

The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible. This includes:

  • All boxes, protective materials, and wrapping
  • Assembly instructions and documentation
  • Any accessories that came with the product

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. If the item was received as a gift, a gift receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Products that have been assembled (unless defective)
  • Items with signs of use, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Initiate Your Return Request

To start the return process, please:

  • Log in to your Globlazer account and navigate to "Order History"
  • Find the order containing the item you wish to return
  • Select "Return Item" and follow the prompts
  • Alternatively, contact our customer service team at returns@globlazer.com

Receive Return Authorization

After submitting your return request:

  • You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • We'll email you detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
  • Keep the RMA number for reference throughout the return process

Package Your Return

Prepare your item for return shipping:

  • Place the item in its original packaging if available
  • Include all components, accessories, and documentation
  • Print and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  • Include a copy of your return authorization inside the package

Ship Your Return

Send your package back to us:

  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
  • We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions
  • You'll receive an email notification when your return is processed
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Store credit refunds are applied to your account immediately
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit

Shipping Costs

Our policy regarding shipping costs for returns:

  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Globlazer will cover all return shipping costs
  • For returns due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your item rather than receive a refund:

  • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when initiating your request
  • Specify the replacement item you'd like to receive
  • If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference

Restocking Fees

In certain circumstances, a restocking fee may apply:

  • Standard products: No restocking fee if returned in original condition
  • Large or bulky items: 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Semi-customized products: 20% restocking fee may apply
  • No restocking fees apply for defective items or our shipping errors

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Take photos of the damage or defect as evidence

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

We'll arrange for a free return shipping label and replacement or refund

For damaged items, please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

The 30-day return window still applies, but we allow additional time for shipping

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility
